Congratulations to Dr. Vijay Raghavan for publishing the book titled "Cognitive Computing: Theory and Applications". Dr. Raghavan edited this book with Dr. Venkat Gudivada (professor and chair of the Computer Science Department at East Carolina University), Dr Venu Givindaraju (SUNY Distinguished Professor of Computer Science and Engineering) and Dr. C. R. Rao (a world famous statistician, retired from Indian Statistical Institute). The book focuses on cognitive computing and its theory and applications to study the brain-computer interface.
