Jay Grymes, State Climatologist teaches a GOHSEP Academy training session on understanding weather predictions.

The NIMSAT Institute now provides state emergency management training through the GOHSEP Training Academy and certified FEMA courses. Our Public-Private Partnership Officer, James Jim Williams, holds certification to teach FEMA courses and serves as an official EMAT coordinator for state disasters.
