2015 Hurricane Season Preparedness Public Meeting

Thank you to Congressman Charles Boustany, Jr. MD, Andy Patrick, National Weather Service- Lake Charles, Tim Osbourn, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Clay Rives, NIMSAT Institute and Dr. Ramesh Kolluru, UL Lafayette for hosting the event. The event highlighted the 10 Year Anniversary of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. The agenda included a look back at the impact to the coast and communities and new improvements in forecasting, preparation and response.
